Reporting to the CIO Travel, We are seeking an experienced QA Manager with a strong background in quality assurance and a passion for delivering high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will lead and support internal stakeholders, drive quality strategies, and ensure adherence to best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor internal/external stakeholders during test campaigns for client onboardings rollouts, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, plans, and practices to improve product quality.
  • Oversee the design and execution of test plans, test cases, and automated testing scripts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product management, and operations) to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Analyze and report on testing results, providing insights to stakeholders for performance improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with software quality, including bugs and performance issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating lessons learned into future projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices in QA.

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance
  • Experience on travel insurance or clients onboarding is a plus
  • Strong experience with manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with performance testing and security testing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
