Within the Travel Insurance and Assistance sector, our Governance & Project Planning Coordinators are instrumental in driving the successful implementation of international travel partnerships.

In this role, you will be instrumental in striking the perfect balance between resource allocation and partner delivery expectations, all within set timelines. You’ll guide our teams in prioritizing and optimizing task allocation, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps to keep projects on track. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing commercial pipelines, projecting future activities, and effectively communicating progress to senior stakeholders across the group. Your contributions will showcase our commitment to excellence in delivering on partner roadmap

Your responsibilities :

As a key player in our department, you will work closely with the Head of Travel Partner Onboarding to drive the strategic initiatives that fuel our success. Your role involves:

· Empowering Governance: You’ll be at the forefront of preparing critical inputs that shape decisions made by our EA governance committees, including the Underwriting Committee and Travel Onboarding Control Tower. Your work will directly influence the direction of our operations.

· Roadmap Leadership: You will take charge of updating and refining the Travel Onboarding roadmap, ensuring it reflects the latest priorities and strategic shifts. By effectively communicating these updates to all relevant stakeholders, you’ll keep everyone aligned and on track.

· Sprint Planning Excellence: You will orchestrate the bi-weekly Travel Onboarding Sprint Planning sessions, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that all decisions made during these sessions are clearly documented and communicated to the necessary stakeholders, keeping projects moving forward seamlessly.

Preferred Experience

  • Project Management: from beginner to 1-2 years in international projects with experience in analysing complex information, identify trends, and align activities with broader business goals.
  • Experience in developing, updating, and communicating project roadmaps that align with organizational priorities, and in interfacing with various stakeholders on business and IT topics.
  • Industry Knowledge: Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of agile principles, particularly in planning and executing sprint sessions, to ensure efficient project progression.
  • Master’s degree from TOP schools
