Responsibilities:
Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Being a support to senior team members to create/update/reproduce our international Terms and Conditions, in various foreign languages.
To do this, you will need to pay close attention to each country’s specific features, mainly regulatory and operational ones. You must ensure that any new coverage, limitation, exclusion and/or legal clause is properly integrated.
2. Managing mass updates in connection with compliance and legal requests, EA internal requests as well as mandatory operational changes.
3. Keeping our repository (directory gathering all our standard clauses) up to date as well as our Client’s products related documentation.
4. Being a pro-active contributor in our different Team projects:
Participating into the Terms and Conditions harmonization project, according to Europ Assistance Group policy and Underwriting guidelines,
Participating in the definition a new governance process related to Terms and Conditions creation of new business line B2B2C,
Participating in the update of our repository Terms and Conditions templates following the outcome of EA internal standardization project,
Actively contributing to the launch of our new IT Terms & Conditions Tool that will provide an automated implementation of all our Terms and Conditions,
Attending different team meetings and interacting with other support teams: Onboarding, Sales and Legal.
Preferred Experience
You are completing a Bachelor or Master’s in law, Compliance or Insurance (Bac+4/5).
Ideally with a focus on contract, insurance, or business law. You are enrolled at a law faculty or equivalent.
Fluent in English, additional European languages are a genuine asset,
Comfortable with legal drafting and clause writing adapted to different cultural and regulatory contexts,
Proficient in Word and PowerPoint. Interest in AI and digital legal tools is a plus,
Highly organized, rigorous, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously,
Proactive, curious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
