Job Description

Main objectives of the role 

The role of our legal team is to provide relevant, rapid and innovative legal solutions to the various stakeholders and adopting an operational prism. As a legal counsel your mission is to listen and provide pragmatic advice, while respecting Europ Assistance’s culture and values.

 Your missions will be the following:

-          Drafting, reviewing and negotiating of a broad range of agreements for Europ Assistance business lines

-          Providing strategic and pragmatic employment law advice on a wide variety of issues to key internal stakeholders

-          Drafting of intragroup agreements for management fees and all intragroup recharges

-          Advising global procurement team on various legal issues

-          Working closely with IT, security and finance teams, among others

-          Working in coordination with the data privacy and compliance teams

-          Delivering training sessions to legal community team and other functions and business areas throughout Europ Assistance Group

Preferred Experience

-          5 years of experience acquired in the legal department of an international company or international law firm

-          Master’s degree in law (Licensed to practice as a lawyer)

-          Strong substantive knowledge of contract law and labour law

-          Ability to work, communicate, negotiate, and draft contracts in English and French

-          Excellent organizational skills, capacity of working with different fields of law, autonomous, self-starter, rigorous and results-oriented

-          Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a multinational organization
