Redion is launching an ambitious project to standardize its products across its 35 countries and 5000+ distributors.

This initiative is structured and lead at the Holding level, coordinating the works of local Travel Insurance teams in key countries including the US, France, Spain Italy, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada.

As Group Product intern, you will work directly with and report to the Group Product Manager in charge of the project at the Holding level.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Structuring workshops with 10+ countries teams to standardize selected topics

  • Supporting local teams in implementation of group standards

  • Building ExCom level reporting on the projects – problem statement, synthesis, recommendation & next steps

  • Contributing to establishing the team as a center of expertise on product matters – including to top management of local entities

  • Ad hoc - Contributing to defining a group position on crisis resolution if needed (Natural disaster, war, epidemics)

Preferred Experience

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in a business-related topic (Finance, Business, Management, Marketing etc.) or an engineering degree.

  • Strong drive to deliver a key service to our clients in Travel Insurance – you need to care about our clients

  • Reliability and attention to detail – you need to take pride in the quality of your work

  • Ability to work in an international environment – you will be talking to senior management in 10+ countries on a weekly basis

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – you will need to build presentations for countries and group top management, including for several ex-consultants (MBB level) and make a clear point

  • A hands-on and pragmatic approach to problem solving
