You will join the Expenses Team (3 Staffs + 1 alternant), reporting to the Head Of Controlling EA Holding, your main responsibilities will be the following :

  • Active role budget and forecast process for our Holding entities (EAH, EABS, EASA HO)
  • Deliver quarterly and yearly financial closing of the Holding entities
  • Provide quarterly reporting of spendings vs Budget/Forecast to all Department Heads
  • In charge of the financial planning, steering and control of all non-wages costs for the holding entities. Prepare regular updates to Holding CFO with proposed action plans to ensure spendings are kept under control and optimized.
  • Manage all Group recharges (budget, forecast, true up, coordination with all countries, coordination and control of the actual billing in collaboration with central accounting team, maintain up to date documentation of the process, allocation key, scope, accounting treatment etc )
  • Implement automation of the Group recharges process
  • Lead full FBP and P&L for Group Medical Network Business Unit- (act as Finance single point of contact for the Group Head of Medical Network, providing regular financial updates and support as required
  • In charge of the overall FP&A of EABS legal entity : Lead the EABS commissions process while simplifying and automating it, periodic review of overall financial position of the legal entity (P&L balance sheet, cash, etc) review in close collaboration with Group Tax department of the commission levels to ensure their appropriateness to remunerate services provided.
  • Act as Systems expert of the EAH Controlling department. Propose and design automated reports, streamline interfaces, etc to improve the availability and accuracy of the data and allow added value analysis and decision making support
  • Ad hoc analysis upon request of Holding CFO


Preferred Experience

  • Master degree from a MBA or Business school + Perfect command of English (in written & in spoken)
  • 5 to 10 years' experience in a similar position in an international organization.
  • High digital skills/acumen including usage of budget tools and ERPs
  • Strong process improvement & transformation mindset
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Analytical skills, high attention to details while having ability to step back and “get the big picture”
  • Desire for accelerated learning, team spirit, fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to interact with Senior management staffs
