Job Description

We are seeking a Global Policy Domain owner to be accountable for business processes during implementation of iCompass and a travel onboarding manager to act as a single point of contact and functional SME for Plug & Sell project

Responsibilities:

From iCompass standpoint, Aat as a Subject Matter Expert in the design and the Build of iCompass, notably on Policy Management topics :

·       Own end to end detailed business requirements by leveraging a network of SMEs and LDOs (local domain owners) across the organization.

·       Ensure global consistency of business processes.

·       Validate that user needs are met with the solution to be developed.

·       Ensure progress and manage risks / issues for Policy business domain.

·       Ensure SMEs and LDOs mobilization during the development of the CORE solution and countries roll in especially during the inception phase.

·       Ensure maximum alignment to CORE model across the organization to contain and limit deviation.

·       Participate to Design Authority Committee to validate proposed solution and arbitrages.

·       Align the vision and processes with the target operating model (TOM) design.

·       Lead the future customer / partner journeys and business process design.

·       Dedicated SME regarding Policy Mgt & Partners Integration for onboardings but also for the iCompass Transformation.

From a Travel Onboarding standpoint, act as a single point of contact and functional SME on P&S, Data configuration, service platform configuration needs :

·       Deep dive business requirements based on Business and IT Project Managers inputs

·       Articulate with P&S and Data Travel Product Owners to communicate them the business requirements with the appropriate level of details, enabling them to size capacity needs and deliver them operationally

·       Ensure a continuous improvement approach to rationalize solutioning and onboarding ways of working and tools

Solutioning phase :

·       Leverage existing material produced during Solutioning phase to industrialize (template and systematic process) the communication of IT impacts (dev & configuration) to Products

·       Leverage outputs of the solutioning process to systematically calculate related capacities and decide whether to integrate them or not in Products’ capacity plannings

Onboarding phase:

·       Improve and rationalize communication channels between Projects and P&S/Data Products

·       Create templates to improve accuracy and efficiency of business requirements formalization

·       Schedule bi-weekly design meetings with P&S and Data PO and Configuration Lead to refine requirements

Run Phase :

·       Improve communication process of the &S and Data backlog of prioritized requests to PO.

Deliverables:

·       Detailed business requirements to be implemented by deployment teams:

o   Individual and master policies sales rules & configuration

o   Individual and master policies lifecycle management: quoting, issuance, endorsement, renewal, cancellation including underwriting rules configuration, workflow and tasks management

o   Insurance premium calculation

o   Claims reimbursement to clients

o   Billing disbursements

o   Premium issuance

o   Billing installment plans configuration

·       Documentation of business processes for Policy business domain

·       Required documentation for arbitration during convergence authority meetings

Preferred Experience

Skills & experience expectations:

·       Great project management skills

·       Good knowledge of Insurance industry

·       Good knowledge of insurance policies

·       Knowledge of Insurance software (e.g. Guidewire, Duck Creek etc.) – Optional

·       Ideally 10+ years of professional experience but a fast learner with 3 to 5 years of experience with strong appetite for Policy could work as well

Other information:

Starting date: We are looking for someone who can start in September 2024 and integrate seamlessly with our multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the successful rollout of our transformation agenda.
