Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Content and Campaign Manager. This role will report to the Director of Brand, Communication, and Digital Marketing.

As part of the Group communications team, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful content for both internal and external audiences, as well as developing and executing campaigns across multiples formats and channels. He / she will engage with a global community of marketing communication professionals, to ensure development, management and roll out of global communication programs, internally and externally.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement content strategies to effectively communicate our brand message to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Create compelling and high-quality written content for various channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, internal news and intranet stories, and more.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights to develop unique and relevant content.

- Manage and execute end-to-end campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.

- Understand industry trends and conduct competitive benchmarks to inform content and campaign strategies that are driving awareness and differentiation.

- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

- Collaborate with graphic designers, digital and creative specialists to produce visually appealing and engaging content.

- Ensure all content and campaigns adhere to brand tone, voice, and guidelines.

- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in content marketing and campaign management.

- Understand our HR and talent strategy to create effective internal engagement and support our vision to build pride among all our employees.

- Help communicate our employer value proposition internally and externally, enhancing and developing internal channels.

- Develop and update brand content, advertising or recruiting campaigns

- Create web and intranet content, news updates.

- Collect ESG stories and drive ESG campaigns to create internal and external engagement.

Support the development and roll out of our industry reports

- Engage our international community of marketing communication professionals on our communication agenda and in tailoring or rolling out global campaigns.

- Share and scale up best practices among the community and build synergies.

Preferred Experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent or native) are essential. Ability to work in French is highly desirable.

- Proven experience as a content creator or copywriter with strong portfolio of achievements.

- Exceptional content and campaign planning skills.

- Experience in developing and executing successful multichannel campaigns.

- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies.

- Proficiency in using content management systems, social media platforms, and other relevant tools.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and overall content quality.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing content for search engines is a plus.

- Familiarity with the travel or insurance industry is advantageous.

- Ability to coordinate and animate a global community of professionals, in a central / holding role.

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position in an international organization
