Within the Group Communications Department of Europ Assistance, the apprentice will support the development and structuring of external communications at the Holding level.

In a context of transformation and harmonization of practices, he/she will play a key role in establishing communication fundamentals, coordinating with international Group entities, and deploying the brand platform across communication materials.

This role is ideal for a fluent English speaker who is autonomous, hands-on, and possesses excellent writing skills, looking to grow in an international environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Contribution to the external communication strategy

· Support the development and structuring of Group external communication tools and processes.

· Contribute to the implementation of communication fundamentals: key messages, guidelines, formats, templates, best practices.

2. Coordination with Group entities

· Centralize needs, content, and news from the various international entities.

· Facilitate information flow and ensure message consistency.

· Support the animation of the international communications network (meetings, resource sharing, action follow-up).

3. Management of agencies and internal stakeholders

· Collaborate with external agencies (creative, social media, PR): briefing, operational follow-up, validation of deliverables.

· Work closely with external communication peers within Group entities.

· Build trusted relationships with local communicators to understand their challenges, priorities, and constraints.

· Identify, collect, and highlight local best practices to share them at Group level.

· Contribute to establishing a harmonized way of working between the holding and the entities, facilitating alignment of messages and initiatives.

4. Management and animation of Group social media channels

· Contribute to defining the editorial calendar.

· Write, produce, and publish content tailored to different platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.).

· Monitor performance, analyze results, and propose optimizations.

· Support consistency of the entities’ digital presence.

5. Deployment of the brand platform

· Support the rollout and adoption of the new brand platform across the Group.

· Contribute to the creation of materials (presentations, toolkits, guidelines).

· Assist entities in adopting brand codes and ensure proper application of the visual identity across the Group.

6. Content production

· Write articles, posts, interviews, press releases, newsletters, and other editorial content.

· Contribute to the creation of visual assets in collaboration with design teams or agencies.

Preferred Experience

Master’s student (1st or 2nd year) in communications, marketing, public relations, political science, or business school.

Previous experience in communications (internship or apprenticeship) is a plus.

Skills & Expertise:

· Excellent writing skills in French.

· Fluent English required (daily interactions with international entities).

· Strong command of social media and AI tools, with an understanding of digital communication codes.

· Comfortable with project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

· Ability to work autonomously, efficiently, and in a structured manner.

· Strong operational mindset, results-oriented.

· Proficiency in office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).

· A sensitivity to design or creative tools is a plus.
